What Every Visit Includes

No matter which schedule you choose, a standard recurring clean covers all living areas, the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. That includes dusting all surfaces and high-touch areas, vacuuming and mopping floors, kitchen counters and appliance exteriors, sinks, bathroom fixtures, and mirrors, and trash removal with a general tidy.

The frequency changes how much builds up between visits. The quality of each visit stays the same.

How Pricing Works

Recurring cleans are priced by home size, and the discount is applied to the standard rate. As a guide, standard cleans start from:

• $120 for a studio or one-bedroom, one-bath home up to about 700 square feet
• $150 for a two-bedroom, one-bath home up to about 1,000 square feet
• $190 for a three-bedroom, two-bath home up to about 1,600 square feet
• $245 for a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home up to about 2,400 square feet

Homes with five or more bedrooms are quoted individually. Homes that need extra attention may be quoted after a walk-through or video consultation.

Start With a Clean Baseline

If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in three months or more, we recommend starting with a deep clean. It covers everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, detailed grout and scale work, and inside window tracks and vents. A recurring schedule then keeps that baseline in place. Starting with maintenance on a home that needs a reset means the first few visits are spent catching up instead of keeping up.
