Deep cleans start from $220 for a studio or one-bedroom home, $325 for a two-bedroom, two-bath home, and $385 for a three-bedroom, two-bath home.
Add-Ons That Help a Home Show Well
A few extras can make a noticeable difference before showings:
- Interior window cleaning: $55 for a small home, $85 for a large home
- Wall spot-washing: $15 per room, for scuffs and fingerprints
- Interior of all light fixtures: $30
- Inside oven detail: $35
- Inside fridge or freezer detail: $35
- Garage sweep and tidy: $40
- Balcony or patio sweep and tidy: $25

Step 3: Keep It Show-Ready
Once your home is listed, showings can come up on short notice. A recurring standard clean helps you stay ready without scrambling every time. Move-out pricing assumes the home is empty, so book it for after your belongings are gone. Prices start from $265 for a studio or one-bedroom home and $475 for a three-bedroom, two-bath home.
